ABOUT ME
Hi! I'm Amy, owner of SeaChange Fitness. I spent 15 years carving out my own wellness lifestyle as an athlete, dancer and coach. Since 2012, I've been able to spend over 30 hours of each week training clients and teaching group fitness classes. I've learned our bodies respond best to variety and our effort is capitalized in what interests us. It is my goal to create programs that meet each client's needs and interests.
